This document is a non-technical tool for reviewing the accessibility of a facility. The tool was developed to guide observations on the accessibility of facilities and what needs to be improved within the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), in particular at the Disaster Management Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat PB).
