Experience has taught ASB that community development measures will not be successful if there are groups that remain disadvantaged or marginalised. Therefore, ASB ensures that all of the learning products that it provides are accessible to everyone from a variety of age groups and with various functional limitations. Capacity building activities are the main component of every program. ASB provides learning services and technical assistance and also facilitates multi-stakeholder knowledge exchange. Furthermore, to ensure that community resilience is sustainable, ASB collaborates with local organisations and communities to provide intensive capacity transfer processes.
