Development of COVID-19 at the global and local level shows that every group of the community, regardless of their social, cultural, and economic background, are at risk of being infected by Coronavirus and/or impacted by the extraordinary circumstances resulting from the widespread of COVID-19. Since COVID-19 potentially infects all
community groups indiscriminately, measures in response to COVID-19 should be inclusive by ensuring everyone has access to accurate information and protection in line with individual needs and capacities.
