Bibit joined ASB in 2010. She has more than 20 years of experience from several non-government organizations. Currently serves as Regional Finance Manager ASB S-SEA. She also contributes to developing ASB partner financial guidelines, ASB financial guidelines and requirements include the financial capacity building materials. She provides mutual liaison and support for ASB with head office, donors and partners in terms of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit. Highly interest to transformative leadership, accountable and innovative financial management. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.
