Bibit Sofani Ngusman (Bibit) serves as Finance Manager, which is responsible for leading financial organization management for day to day financial operations, managing direct project implementation and grant partnership projects through local partners in Indonesia, Philippines and Asia-Pacific. She also contributes to developing ASB partner financial guidelines, ASB financial guidelines and requirements include the financial capacity building material. She provides mutual liaison and support for ASB with head office, donors and partners in terms of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit.
Bibit joined ASB in May 2011. She has more than 15 years of experience from several non-government organizations under the finance department and operations for emergency and development projects since she began in 2006. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.
