Chrysant Lily Kusumowardoyo (Lily) is currently serving as the Country Director, providing the overall leadership and strategic development of ASB’s Country Programme in Indonesia and the Philippines. Since joining ASB in 2016, Lily has worked in different key positions. She started as a Partnership Coordinator, managing grant partnerships with ten local partners in Indonesia and the Philippines. In 2018 she became the DiDRRN Program Manager, managing an ASB-led consortium program focusing on regional-level advocacy and country-level implementation throughout the Asia-Pacific region. From 2020-2022 she was the Partnership Manager, maintaining ASB’s grant partnership portfolio in Indonesia and the Philippines while leading research and innovation projects for inclusive humanitarian response.
Lily is a development professional by training, with a master’s degree in gender and development from the Institute of Social Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In the past 15 years, she has consistently focused on social inclusion and community resilience through her work with various international development organisations in Indonesia and overseas.
