Ismada has been interested in disability issues since the beginning of his studies in 2019. He is currently working as a Project Assistant at ASB S-SEA, where he supports the implementation of the PASTI II programme in South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. This programme focuses on strengthening disability inclusion in disaster risk reduction and humanitarian action.
