Mengty has worked in the humanitarian sector for six years, focusing on inclusive disaster risk reduction. Rejoining ASB in 2024, she supports the ECT WASH program, which aims to build the capacity of high-risk communities in inclusive and climate-sensitive water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) management while enhancing preparedness for hydrometeorological disasters. With a background as a Clinical Psychologist, Mengty specializes in mental health. In her spare time, she enjoys running, serves as a church counselor, and shares insights as a speaker on various occasions.
