Rofikul Hidayat joined ASB for the first time in 2008 for five years and rejoined in 2014. He is currently managing ASB’s project on Partners for Inclusion: Localising Inclusive Humanitarian Response (PIONEER). He has experience in the implementation of school-based and community-based inclusive disaster risk reduction programs and eco-tourism livelihood projects. He develops his career with particular expertise in disaster risk management, develops a disaster risk reduction plan document, social inclusion, and community empowerment. His skills include inclusive facilitation on training, institutional capacity development and strategy establishment for partnership, government engagement and meaningful participation of the community.
