Bilateral cooperation program whose implementation is supported by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and eMpowering Access to Justice (MAJu) managed by The Asia Foundation (TAF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
This program was implemented with a consortium of the Mercy Corps Indonesia Foundation (YMCI), Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) Indonesia and the Philippines, Human Initiative (HI) and ThisAble. Its implementation is coordinated by ASB Indonesia and the Philippines.

Outcomes/Purposes 1. Improving COVID-19 risk communication and protection services/schemes that are inclusive and timely, promoting appropriate transmission prevention behaviors, and increasing resilience for persons with disabilities and marginalized communities.
Output 1.1.
Improvement of COVID-19 risk communication, mitigation behavior, appropriate services/protection schemes for persons with disabilities, and marginalized members of society.
Output 1.2.
Persons with disabilities and the most marginalized members of society are improving hygiene and other prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
Output 2.1.
Task forces at the national and local levels are regularly informed about COVID-19 mitigation and coping behaviors for persons with disabilities and the most marginalized members of society.
Output 2.2.
Persons with disabilities and marginalized members of society are connected to social protection services/schemes provided by the government or non-government.
