Fabio Dinasti began his career in humanitarian projects by joining emergency response to the Padang earthquake in 2009. He has been developing his skills and capacity on disaster management as a staff and volunteer for different local NGOs. He is an active member of Forum Pengurangan Risiko Bencana (FPRB / Disaster Risk Reduction Forum) of West Sumatra Province since 2014. His expertise includes community empowerment, especially the empowerment of the at-risk groups. He joined ASB in 2018 for a humanitarian programme in West Sumatra in 2018 and in Central Sulawesi in 2019. Currently, he is involved in the PIONEER project as a Project Capacity Building Officer.
